Tell us what needs attention: tenants, rent, repairs, property records or a site you cannot visit yourself.
Before work starts, we agree who will handle it, how costs are approved and when you will receive updates. For managed rentals, reporting covers income, expenses and outstanding maintenance.
Property management for overseas ownersOur current rental and short-stay operations are in Accra. If your property or land is elsewhere in Ghana, tell us the location and the work required. We assess the assignment and confirm the arrangements before taking it on.
Bookable stays: Roman Ridge and Embassy Gardens, Cantonments. The neighbourhoods below are locations we take property enquiries for; they are not a list of live rental inventory.
