Owning property in Ghana from abroad means coordinating people, maintenance and records across a distance. KyroSphere helps you define the work required and how you will stay informed. Our current rental and short-stay operations are in Accra. Land and other properties elsewhere in Ghana are assessed individually.

Property support for overseas owners

  • Tenant coordination, rent collection and tenancy updates within the agreed mandate.
  • Property inspections and maintenance coordination.
  • Records of income, expenditure and outstanding work for managed rentals.
  • Agreed updates about property condition and actions requiring your decision.

For tenancy management, see property management in Accra. For furnished holiday apartments, see short-stay and Airbnb management in Accra.

Agree spending and responsibility before work starts

Onboarding establishes who can authorise repairs, how quotations are approved and when you receive updates. The agreement should identify the person responsible for the assignment and the decisions that remain with you.

Management fees, contractor charges and payment arrangements are confirmed for your property. Read our property management fee guide before your consultation.

What to agree in your owner report

The reporting scope and frequency depend on your mandate. For managed rentals, agree how these items will be recorded:

ItemInformation to agree
RentAmounts due, collected and outstanding.
ExpensesManagement fees and approved maintenance costs.
Property conditionInspection notes and maintenance requiring attention.
Owner decisionsWork awaiting approval and the next action.
PaymentsThe agreed payment method, timing and reconciliation.

This is an outline for discussing reporting, rather than a published client statement. Our digital portfolio tools are being developed; the agreed reporting arrangements apply from onboarding.
